Program and consent

If you choose to opt in, we can text you a consultation booking link requested through our AI-powered chatbot or voice assistant. We may also send appointment confirmations, consultation reminders and project updates related to services you request. Messages are sent from (734) 430-9611 or (337) 446-0699.

You can opt in during a chatbot or voice-assistant conversation by providing your own mobile number and explicitly agreeing to receive the described text messages. Where a web form offers SMS opt-in, its checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. Providing a number alone does not constitute consent. We retain a record of your opt-in through the applicable communication workflow. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. This consent covers appointment and project communications, not marketing or promotional campaigns.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with your appointments and project. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to cancel text messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@terrahaus.design or (734) 430-9611. Contact us if you wish to opt in again.

Delivery

Message delivery depends on carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
